3 / PROPERTY

The products remain the property of MAKE MY D ... until full payment of the order. However, from the delivery, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.

4 / PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

The prices of the items are indicated on the site in euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in processing costs and shipping costs.

The total price of the order (any reductions applicable on the day of the order, all taxes and shipping costs included) is indicated in the basket. The amount of shipping costs is specified on the site before confirming the order.

All prices displayed are calculated with value added tax (VAT) applicable in France included.

MAKE MY D ... reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the ordering, subject to availability. The price of the items invoiced is therefore that indicated when ordering.

5 / ORDER

The customer declares to be at least 18 years old and to have legal capacity, or if he is a minor, guarantees that he has parental authorization to place his order.

6 / DELIVERY

The items for sale on this site are only available for delivery in the following countries: Metropolitan France, Corsica included and Monaco.

Deliveries are made by Colissimo services, from Monday to Friday, at the customer's expense at the rate of:

  • € 8 for mainland France, Corsica and Monaco included. Free delivery from 400 € of purchases.
  • € 15 for any other part of the world

The Customer will receive an order number by e-mail confirming that it has been taken care of. The customer will be informed of the different stages of his order by email.

Shipments are announced by e-mail to the customer, at the e-mail address provided by the latter on his customer account.

The items ordered will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the registration of the order, subject to full payment of the price.

The risk of loss or damage to items during shipment is transferred to the Customer when the order is handed over to the carrier when the latter is responsible for transportation by the customer and not by MAKE MY D…. For all complaints concerning the transport of packages (delay, loss, deterioration), the customer must therefore contact the carrier.

The Items are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering at the latest on the date indicated when ordering, depending on the country of delivery.

MAKE MY D… makes every effort to deliver the order within a maximum period of 30 days and undertakes that the shipment will be made within 4 working days in mainland France and 20 working days for international delivery, to count of the Order.

7 / RETURNS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide all supporting evidence on the reality of the defect observed. In the event of a return accepted by MAKE MY D ..., particularly in the event of a lack of conformity, the customer will have the choice between reimbursing or replacing the item with an equivalent item offered by MAKE MY D ....

A return slip can be obtained in the following cases:

- If the Item delivered is different from the one ordered.

- If the delivered Item has a lack of conformity (defective, damaged or apparent defect).

The customer can deposit his return parcel: At the post office (parcel less than or equal to 5 kg).

The customer can then follow the delivery of his parcel on www.colissimo.fr.

Any non-compliant return (without the return slip) or unsuitable for resale (spoiled, damaged, used or soiled by the customer) will be rejected and MAKE MY D… will be released from all responsibility.

Once the verification of the returned items has been carried out, MAKE MY D… undertakes to reimburse the customer for all the sums paid, shipping costs included, for his order, as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 calendar days following the date of receipt of the return package, to the customer's bank account or payment account used for payment for the items.

The delivery costs which could have been invoiced during the expedition are refunded to you if the whole of the order is returned. On the other hand, if your order contains several items and you only wish to return part of them, these delivery costs will not be refunded to you.

8 / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
